Steph is CSG Talent’s Global Head of Career Development, she supports all colleagues from Academy Trainees to Board Directors to understand their career options. Steph provides resources and implements strategies to facilitate both personal and professional growth, equipping them with the tools needed to reach their career aspirations.

Before joining CSG Talent, Steph had a successful career in a commercial recruitment agency for over 7 and a half years, working her way to Associate Director level, where she managed a team of 10 consultants.

Steph has always had a passion for nurturing employees; this has been a driver for her throughout her career within recruitment. Since joining CSG Talent Steph has successfully built and delivered  recruitment academy, training and developing consultants in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle as well as including building their industry knowledge to ensure they become experts within their specialist fields.
