Lexie is a seasoned recruitment consultant operating within the Life Sciences division at CSG, but with a specific and exclusive focus in Precision Medicine.  Lexie covers roles within genomics, proteomics, multiomics, molecular diagnostics, cell and gene therapy.

Lexie has worked with a range of clients from some of the most established names in the Biotech and Life Science’s world through to many early stage and start-up biotech ventures.           

Lexie’s work is predominantly focused around placing exceptional talent in senior and C-suite positions within the U.S. and has seen her grow an extensive network of outstanding individuals primarily across commercial roles (Sales, Marketing and Operations).

With a Law Degree under her belt, Lexie knew from her experience as a resourcer that she wanted to establish herself in a varied market where she could build her market knowledge and expertise. She is motivated by the ever-changing dynamic of diagnostics, its extensive technological advancements and the fact it is a thriving industry. Adopting a partnership approach with both her clients and candidates is also incredibly important to Lexie;
