Join a market-leading Facilities Management organization on a mission to establish a dominant presence in the USA pest control market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead the creation and growth of our Pest Control Division as the Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Sales for our Pest Control Division, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the ground-up establishment and growth of the Pest Control Division in the USA market.

  • Business Development: Bring innovative ideas and strategies for divisional growth, demonstrating a hunter/business leader mindset. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.

  • Contract Execution: Successfully execute and operate contracts, ensuring high-quality pest control services are delivered to clients.

  • Resource Management: Possess the resources and mindset of a business owner, making informed decisions to drive the success of the division.

  • Vendor Network: Leverage existing regional or national vendor networks, understanding whether they operate in a self-perform model or an aggregation model.

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Technology Implementation: Assess and implement the necessary technology resources for effective pest control operations, keeping abreast of industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in establishing and growing a pest control division, with a track record of successful sales and business development.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to bring innovative ideas for growth.
  • Demonstrated hunter/business leader mindset, confident in tackling new ventures.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the resources and mindset of a business owner.
  • Extensive vendor network, either regionally or nationally.
  • Experience in client relationship management and contract execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology resources required for an efficient pest control division.
