Territory Manager - London & South East UK

Salary/bonus: Up to £55,000, £20,000 OTE bonus (uncapped), car and benefits

This is an opportunity to join a fun and buoyant business very much on the upward trajectory, taking over a very well looked after and already successful patch with huge opportunities for growth on top.

The approach needed to fit in with the businesses strategy is a customer and patient centred approach with a genuine passion on improving healthcare, a really consultative and clinical sell again based on improving patient care and clinical outcomes. On top of that and given the products are of such high quality, organisation and a tenacious (never give up) attitude are essential traits.

The business offer equipment and devices in the highest areas of acuity within the acute/critical care setting, as well as (and very importantly) the connected solutions and wider systems they are keen to drive as a focus. With this in mind, we are specifically looking for people ideally very comfortable and at least very capable selling the value of the systems and the connected solutions and understanding how to manoeuvre in this environment within the hospital (clinical, to EBME to IT) is key.

Required experience:

  • Medtech sector experience is essential, we are ideally looking for medical sales equipment and devices experience but will happily consider current Clinical Specialists wanting to make their first move into a pure Medical Sales role
  • Experience or advanced knowledge of the connectivity and integration of medical devices and equipment with the ability to promote and sell is essential
  • Someone hungry to be successful, proactive and organised is essential
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence, this being from nurse level all the way to EBME and senior stakeholder level (senior clinician up to C-Suite). Again it's important to also be comfortable working within processes that can and will include getting clinical, EBME and IT stakeholders bought in and aligned with what we are trying to achieve
  • A customer and patient centred approach is essential, genuinely passionate about improving healthcare
  • You just live on patch now and be legally able to work in the UK without the need for a VISA
