A country-leading aggregates and building materials company is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead key technical functions across its quarries and processing sites throughout Texas.

This position leads technical services, geology, and land permitting, ensuring resource security, site development, and strong operational performance. Working closely with operations, environmental, this role drives safe, efficient, and sustainable production across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical services function across multiple quarry and processing locations.
• Oversee geology, including evaluation, modelling, and resource planning.
• Direct and support land permitting activities with regulatory and environmental stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise in drill & blast, load & haul, and performance optimisation.
• Support long-term site planning, expansion strategies, and capital/budget recommendations.
• Contribute to product quality specifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical team.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in aggregates or building materials operations.
• Strong technical background in geology, site development, land permitting, and production optimisation.
• Expertise in drill & blast and load & haul activities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to work across multiple sites.
