ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated State Sales Manager to drive revenue and profit growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients such as builders, plumbers, and merchants while chasing down major commercial projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present existing and new products to builders, plumbers, and merchants
- Increase sales across a full range of solutions for existing and new business clients
- Deliver value by providing technical solutions and managing projects
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Provide technical support to end users with internal expertise assistance
- Feedback to Product Managers to ensure continued delivery of innovative products
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver solutions for the brand
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in value-based and solution selling to various stakeholders
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- 2-3 years field sales experience, selling to plumbers, plumbing merchants and builders
- Willingness to travel within the State, including regional areas on an occasional basis
