Solar PV Sales Manager - UK

Are you a motivated Sales Manager with experience in the UK Solar PV market?

CSG are currently partnered with a premium pv manufacturer, who are seeking a successful sales manager who will be responsible for the North of the UK. As Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to identify and close sales opportunities in your allocated region, in line with company objectives.

Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and strategic accounts.
• Consitently promote full product range to key accounts in your region, identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are being met; take corrective action where required.
• Assist the product management teams to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the residential and small commercial market by regularly gathering feedback from customers, business partners and closely monitoring industry trends
• Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territory.

To be considered for the position of Sales Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Solar sales
• Successful track record of achievement of sales targets and proven experience of successfully growing market share.
• Strong technical affinity with the ability to understand the technical workings of the product portfolio.
• Ability to generate new business, whilst maintaining existing relationships.
• Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment.
