Senior Remediation Technical Lead

Senior Technical Professional | Environmental Scientist / Engineer / Geologist

We are working on behalf of a respected environmental consulting firm to recruit an experienced Senior Technical Professional. This individual will play a key role in providing advanced technical direction and oversight across a portfolio of complex environmental projects. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled environmental professional with a proven track record in delivering technical excellence, navigating regulatory frameworks, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level technical oversight and regulatory strategy for diverse project teams
• Review and approve high-level project deliverables, including Sampling and Analysis Plans, Remedial Investigations, and Risk Assessments
• Serve as a technical liaison with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
• Guide and mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives
• Contribute to projects involving Superfund sites, federal facilities, military installations, and PFAS-related investigations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of environmental consulting or remediation experience
• In-depth knowledge of CERCLA and RCRA frameworks
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) projects and federal remediation programs
• Demonstrated experience with PFAS investigations, data validation, environmental modeling, and risk assessments
• US. Citizenship (required)
