Senior Metallurgist (Gold/ Hydromet)

Job Description: This role involves overseeing laboratory and pilot plant research programs, managing client relationships, coordinating work, and controlling project budgets and invoicing.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work schedules and activities with other team members.
• Understand and address client needs and project objectives.
• Prepare technical and financial project proposals.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project execution.
• Communicate regularly with clients and team members.
• Prepare technical reports and manage project budgets.
• Oversee equipment setup and pilot plant projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and technical training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of experience in minerals-related fields.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with financial responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer and business software.
