Responsibilities:

  • Lead the scoping, design, and implementation of control systems for automation solutions, including ongoing support for existing systems in operation.
  • Develop and draft functional descriptions to guide system development.
  • Design and program control systems and PLCs, incorporating HMI, for both standard and custom products.
  • Contribute to the standardization and advancement of the Automation and Controls team.
  • Create and deliver training programs focused on controls and automation.
  • Provide technical customer support post-sales, including troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to achieve seamless integration across all components.
  • Mentor and support junior Controls Engineers within the team.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in detailed electrical and control system engineering design, including cost estimation and project management.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when addressing complex technical issues and system failures.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse team settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Programming languages (such as C and PLC), and Electrical AutoCAD.
