Your Mission

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of high-potential leads
  • Develop and repeat on sales strategies in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team
  • Help bring smart, sustainable agricultural solutions to commercial growers worldwide

What They're Looking For

  • 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in Dutch or German is essential
  • Self-starter with high agency and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • A hands-on approach and drive to grow into more senior roles as the company scales
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
