An exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to lead global growth for a specialist provider of construction, commissioning, and consultancy services within the power generation sector.
You'll drive international business development across Europe and the US, building relationships, managing bids, and leading the full ITO process from proposal to contract. This is a hands-on role within a small, agile team-ideal for a commercial leader who thrives in both strategy and execution.
Develop and deliver sales strategies for construction, commissioning, and field services.
Identify and secure new clients and territories across key global markets.
Lead bid preparation, documentation, and commercial negotiations.
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless project handovers and quality standards.
Manage and mentor a small, high-performing sales team.
Proven track record in construction and commissioning of power plants (CCGT, Biomass, Steam).
Strong understanding of quality management, commissioning supervision, and contract personnel management.
Extensive experience in European markets; US exposure highly desirable.
Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a lean global business.
