Are you an experienced Sales Lead working within the juvenile industry?

Do you have experience developing an omni-channel approach?

My client is a global juvenile goods company, looking for a Sales Lead to drive growth across the French market.

As the Sales Lead you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy as well as driving growth across the business' key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing the wholesale and retail operations for France
  • Managing annual business plans, budgets and targets in order to meet company KPIs
  • Implementing market launch plans
  • Creating monthly forecasting
  • Managing and leading a country sales team and driving sales performance

Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced Sales Lead managing the French territory with experience in Juvenile Hardgoods. You will be a confident people manager, being able to get the most out of your sales team.

Key Requirements

  • Vast experience within the juvenile sector selling into both mass retail and specialist retailers
  • To be able to demonstrate previous success in significantly growing turnover
  • Previous experience managing a sales team
  • Be able to organise, plan and implement a detailed business plan and strategy
  • Ability to manage significant P&L including marketing and promotional budgets
