Sales Director - Luxury Hotel Amenities

CSG Talent have partnered with a high growth luxury hotel amenities business who are looking to hire a new sales director to play a key role in exciting growth plans.

Our client supply luxury brands across beauty, skincare, fragrances, hair care & more to premium level hotels to enable them to deliver a true luxury feel to their customers. They sell a range of highly regarded brands that complete the luxury hotel experience & also offer unique branding & collaboration work for hotel customers with their brands to further enhancethe awareness of their customers.

We are seeking an individual who has a hunter-mentality alongside a strong track record of winning new customers within the hotel industry to join, lead the sales organisation & have a BIG impact on company development plans for the UK market.


Proactively acquire new hotel contracts via direct on the field sales and execute a complete sales cycle; from lead sourcing, strategic brand alignment, in-person sales presentations to decision makers, follow through execution, closing the deal and leveraging relevant departments to ensure successful first delivery.


  • Directly oversee and responsible for the growth of the business unit at a territory level
  • Responsible for the sales budget of designated territories and your teams territories
  • Through a collaborative approach with your team, support the team on sales calls to help drive revenue in sales managers territories
  • With the support of the team, regularly review territories and undertake market analysis to identify new business opportunities, build your pipeline through tools like top hotel projects, STR and TripAdvisor
  • Be able to identify and breakthrough to decision makers at hotels for in-person meetings - use LinkedIn and other sources to determine key persons
  • Lead and deliver sales presentations to decision-makers focused on hotel and brand alignment and highlighting common interests


  • Proven track record of winning new hotel customers, with a strong existing network of key contacts (GMs) that can be utilised to hit the ground running.
  • Experience of selling a product into the hotel industry (not hotel room sales), open to a range of products.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to grow & develop talent, leading from the front
  • Ability to strategically plan for market growth including key strategic customers
  • High level of experience of dealing with senior leadership functions with the hotel industry.
