We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and supporting operations across the region. The focus is aftermarket aeroderivative gas turbine sales.
This position covers Thailand, Myanmar, China, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka and offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Lead end-to-end sales activity across your territory, from strategy to execution.
Prepare and deliver business plans, forecasts, and sales campaigns.
Identify and pursue new opportunities and routes to market for products and services.
Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors, and pricing.
Negotiate and secure orders while maximizing profitability.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver results.
Manage and develop regional agency agreements and supplier networks.
Utilize CRM systems to track and grow your pipeline.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
Proven technical sales experience within Utilities, IPP, Industrial, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Strong background in Gas Turbine applications, ideally aeroderivative.
At least 5 years' experience in sales, preferably with rotating equipment exposure.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
In-depth knowledge of the O&G and Power sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
An MSc is a plus.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to travel 40-50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
Must hold or be able to obtain a valid passport and required visas.
