An established global provider of advanced water treatment technologies is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth for PFAS contaminant removal solutions across the North American Municipal and Industrial sectors. This is a remote position, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of technical solution selling into public utilities and industrial markets, both directly and through third-party channels. This position offers full autonomy to build the territory how you want, the firm is driven anf thrives on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive double-digit growth in sales and market penetration for contaminant removal technologies.
  • Own and execute a Territory Management strategy.
  • Manage and expand relationships with channel partners and OEM accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast monthly sales performance through CRM tools while maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target accounts.
  • Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions with support from engineering, product, and service teams.
  • Create detailed and actionable sales plans aligned with territory goals.
  • Gather and report on competitive intelligence, market trends, and regulatory shifts to inform business strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach for regional channel partners to elevate performance and collaboration.
  • Maintain urgency in closing active deals while continuously qualifying new opportunities.

Your Background

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally with adsorption media or related filtration technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in municipal and/or industrial water treatment markets.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and align them with customer needs.
  • Experience working closely with manufacturers' reps and third-party sales channels.
  • A team player with high levels of initiative, ownership, and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong technical understanding of filtration and/or disinfection systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Analytical, motivated, and adaptable.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
