Key Responsibilities:

2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication. Provide guidance to ensure team members meet project milestones and deliver quality results.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, regular updates, and addressing concerns promptly. Strive for client satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, identifying areas for cost savings and ensuring financial targets are met. Work proactively to resolve any budgetary challenges.

5. Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that HVAC services meet industry standards and client specifications.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

7. Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry.
