Position Overview: Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Curtainwall Project Manager to oversee and manage curtainwall projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing, exceptional project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Curtainwall Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage curtainwall projects from initial planning through final completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee project site activities and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial glazing or curtainwall industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale curtainwall projects.
- Strong knowledge of curtainwall systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
