I am partnering with a highly respected national consulting firm to identify an experienced Project Environmental Scientist, Geologist, Engineer, or Hydrogeologist for their Cleveland, Ohio office. This position offers the opportunity to lead environmental investigation and remediation projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to both technical work and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects.
  • Conduct complex quantitative and technical analyses.
  • Supervise field activities and ensure accurate interpretation of results.
  • Prepare and edit technical proposals, reports, and documentation.
  • Support business development, including client meetings and pursuit of new opportunities.
  • Provide oversight, training, and coaching to junior staff.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple office locations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PE, PG or relevant license
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance.
  • HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and public communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
