Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support sales with data analysis, conceptual design, and technical clarifications.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications from the conceptual design.
  • Act as the main engineering contact, manage progress reporting, and address technical risks.
  • Support APAC projects, ensure safety standards, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote continuous learning and standardize solutions, tools, documents, and processes.
  • Conduct site assessments and gather requirements to design custom automation solutions.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and support on warehouse automation technologies.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse processes through automation.

Requirements

  • Project delivery experience across ASRS essential.
  • Strong engineering experience within the automation industry.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in warehouse environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated and proactive approach
