What You'll Do

As the Supply Chain Architect, you'll serve as the functional lead and trusted advisor for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM programs. You'll design and oversee solution architecture across the entire supply chain suite, with a strong focus on manufacturing and cost management. Key responsibilities include:

Solution & Architecture Leadership

• Design end-to-end SCM solutions across manufacturing, inventory, order management, and costing

• Ensure system architectures align with business goals, scalability needs, and Oracle best practices

• Oversee all functional decisions and maintain governance standards throughout the project

Full Life-Cycle Ownership

• Lead discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Drive hands-on configuration across key modules, including Process & Discrete Manufacturing, Cost Management, Inventory, and OM

• Own and resolve complex costing issues, valuation errors, and transaction discrepancies

Team & Client Leadership

• Guide onshore/offshore teams, ensuring quality delivery and consistent execution

• Run workshops, lead design sessions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders

• Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary functional SME throughout the engagement

What You Bring

Required Experience

• 2+ full life-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations

• Advanced expertise in:

  • Process Manufacturing

  • Discrete Manufacturing

  • Cost Management (Actual, Standard, Landed)

• Demonstrated leadership as the functional architect on complex, enterprise-scale SCM projects

• Strong troubleshooting abilities-especially in Cost Management and advanced inventory flows

• Mastery of hands-on configuration across multiple SCM modules

• Experience collaborating with and guiding global delivery teams

• Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences

Bonus Points For

• Experience with third-party inventory systems (e.g., SkuVault) and migration into Oracle

• Familiarity with Quality Management or Outside Processing

• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications

• Background in CPG, Life Sciences, or manufacturing industries
