The business is UK based and founded, manufacturing is done overseas and this role is managing the complete warehouse and distribution functions based from one of their sites in Manchester.

There is a small team of warehouse operatives, finance and office/admin staff to manage and this is a change management role building and developing internal processes and systems to ensure the operations side of the business can deliver to the highest quality as the business and group extensively grows.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a young team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

If the above description and outline meets your experience and sounds of interest please apply and we will be in contact to discuss.
