National Remediation Leader

We're looking for a Environmental Professional to step into a national leadership role within a growing Remediation and Compliance group. This is a true seller doer opportunity for an experienced environmental professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, building client relationships, and leading high performing teams.

You'll work across public and private sector projects, helping shape and grow a national remediation practice while delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic pursuits, proposals, and client development across the US
• Serving as a technical lead on investigation and remediation projects
• Overseeing feasibility studies, remedial action plans, and system design
• Applying advanced treatment technologies such as ISCO, SVE, DPE, in situ bioremediation, and groundwater extraction
• Managing regulatory strategy and reporting under CERCLA, RCRA, and related frameworks
• Providing technical oversight and mentoring for junior and mid level staff
• Supporting project delivery across multi disciplinary and multi office teams

Ideal background:

• BS in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
• Active PE license
• 15 or more years of environmental consulting experience
• Proven ability to win work and grow client relationships
• Expertise in remediation design and implementation across a range of technologies and contaminants including PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and PCBs
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Involvement in professional organizations such as ITRC, NGWA, or SAME is a plus
