I am looking for a Marketing Manager to join a market leading Toy and Gifting business, based in the heart of North Yorkshire (Hybrid working available). This role will play a crucial part of the companies growth presence with key marketing campaigns.

The role

As a Marketing Manager, you take the lead on developing creative consumer campaigns to really drive sales on platforms like Amazon, and directly through the companies website. You will evaluate data such as conversion rates, repeat buying, advert ROI's and online traffic to be able to establish a business growth plan. You will create online marketing plans, and budget for these accordingly.

Key responsibilities

  • Create a UK and EU marketing strategy
  • Run all PR campaigns, and social media interaction
  • Develop and lead creative online marketing campaigns
  • Drive online sales for the business
  • Evaluate data such as conversion rates, repeat buying, advert ROI's and online traffic
  • Drive traffic through Amazon, Google Ads, online shopping platforms and the companies own website
  • Take responsibility for budgets and budget planning across the campaigns
  • Implementing performance marketing to improve conversion
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams
  • Review pricing and product strategy

Ideal Candidate

You must already be working as a Marketing Manager with PROVEN experience of successfully developing sales. You will be able to outline discuss measurable data that will be used to grow the ecommerce business.

Key requirements

  • Experienced as a Marketing Manager for another Toy or Consumer Goods business
  • Proven experience of running online campaigns and driving engagement
  • Understanding of the digital and social markets
  • Analytical - able to understand and evaluate data
  • IT literate
  • Bonus - experience within international markets
  • Strong organisational skills
