Our construction-based client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our construction services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and project updates.
* Understand client needs and objectives to provide customized solutions and exceed expectations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, project management, operations) to deliver a high-quality service on time.
* Develop account plans and strategies to maximize opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
* Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports, and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.


Requirements:
* Proven experience in Key Account Management or similar roles within the construction or service-based industry.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, services, and project management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to account management.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
