Are you an experienced Head of Sales working within the toys or gifting?

Do you have experience developing an omni-channel approach?

My client is a global consumer goods company, looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth across the German market.

As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy as well as driving growth across the business' key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing the wholesale and retail operations for Germany
  • Managing annual business plans, budgets and targets in order to meet company KPIs
  • Implementing market launch plans
  • Creating monthly forecasting

Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced Head of Sales managing the German territory with experience in the gifting industry. You will be a confident people manager, being able to get the most out of your sales team.

Key Requirements

  • Vast experience within the consumer goods sector, selling into both mass retail and specialist retailers
  • To be able to demonstrate previous success in significantly growing turnover
  • Previous experience managing a sales team
  • Be able to organise, plan and implement a detailed business plan and strategy
  • Ability to manage significant P&L including marketing and promotional budgets
