An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Head of Business Development to lead the Ancillary and ANFO/ANPP business lines within a leading industrial consortium, based in Lahore. This senior leadership role carries full P&L ownership and strategic responsibility across multiple product segments, including agricultural chemicals and ANFO.

The successful candidate will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence by leading commercialization efforts, forging international partnerships, ensuring compliance with strict regulations, and building organizational capability through strong leadership and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term growth strategy for Ancillary, Local Rock Phosphate, and ANFO/ANPP business segments.
  • Drive the commercialization and market expansion of ANFO/ANPP, both locally and internationally.
  • Lead strategic joint ventures and partnerships with international organizations.
  • Oversee sales, marketing, pricing, distribution, and demand planning.
  • Manage full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are consistently achieved.
  • Build strong customer relationships across mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with the Department of Explosives and other regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic reporting, risk management, and governance oversight.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, ensuring succession planning and capability building.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Pakistani national or overseas Pakistani
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, commercialization, or general management within chemical, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Proven success in market development, joint ventures, and P&L management.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of ANFO/ANPP regulatory compliance and safety standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and international exposure.
