Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer with our client, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support and service for the equipment, systems, and subsystems they have purchased. Working either at customer clinics or offices or at our client's service center, you will empower customers to confidently understand and operate our technologies, ensuring their safe and effective use. Your commitment to staying abreast of industry advancements will contribute to maintaining our client's reputation as a market leader in medical aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower customers to confidently understand and operate our client's technologies, ensuring the safe and effective use of laser systems, sub-systems, and sub-assemblies.
  • Stay updated on industry publications, product launches, and guidelines for service engineering, contributing to our client's reputation as the market leader.
  • Provide world-class customer support and service plans for purchased equipment, systems, and subsystems, either at customer clinics/offices or at our client's service center.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Service work, specializing in troubleshooting medical electronics equipment.
  • Qualification in electronics or electrical engineering.
  • Strong technical background, preferably including hands-on experience servicing lasers and knowledge of basic laser physics.
  • Motivated and able to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Must be able to travel by car to visit clients, with overnight stays where necessary.
