My client has a bespoke product for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicles that will improve the safety of self-driving cars. They are now looking for an Electronic Engineer who has a good overview on the Electronics side and Software side.

What will you be doing:

This is not just any normal Electronics Engineer position where you sit down just doing PCB design. Working for this start up, you will have the opportunity to get an overview of Electronics, Hardware, and Software.

This means you will be involved in getting the System Requirements, working on PCB designs and writing low level Firmware for Embedded units.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced using C/C++ or Rust
• Proven track record in writing Firmware on Embedded units
• Proven track record in the design of Electronics (e.g. PCB Design)
• Ideally someone from the Automotive industry

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of Functional Safety
• Knowledge/experience working with Sensors (LIDAR/RADAR/Cameras)
• Knowledge of Optic design
