Job Title: District Manager - Contract Cleaning Company

Location: Upper Manhattan or The Bronx, with travel to Connecticut and Upstate New York

Salary: Up to $75,000 base salary

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Connecticut and Upstate New York. The ideal candidate will be based in Upper Manhattan or The Bronx and will be responsible for ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency within their district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple cleaning contracts within the designated district.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all sites.
  • Supervise and support on-site cleaning staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Report on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated region (Connecticut and Upstate New York).
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
