On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing provider of commercial facility services, we're seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Special Services to lead a critical department focused on high-value, non-standard cleaning solutions-such as post-construction cleanup, disinfection, carpet care, floor work, and building remediation.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a high-performance team, optimize operations, and directly impact revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Rebuild, manage, and scale the Special Services department
* Oversee daily operations, job scheduling, and resource allocation
* Develop and implement training programs
* Drive sales growth through service development, upselling, and cross-selling
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance
* Foster a strong team culture and support employee retention
* Monitor margins and optimize labor and material costs
* Collaborate across departments to support billing, collections, and client relationships
Your profile:
* 5+ years in a service management or operations leadership role
* Background in commercial cleaning, facilities, or related industries strongly preferred
* Proven success in team leadership, process improvement, and service excellence
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tools
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* English speaking, Spanish is a plus
