This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance our operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed across NYC, New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut, and Florida.
