This high-profile role will set strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive innovation across a diverse, multi-country portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with divisional leaders and represent Europe in global initiatives.
• Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability across all mining operations.
• Lead long-term resource planning, land management, and permitting.
• Oversee geology, mine planning, and reserve optimization.
• Drive innovation and new technologies to improve performance and reduce environmental impact.

What you bring:

• Master's in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field will be advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead in complex, multi-country environments.
• 10+ years' mining experience, including 5+ in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of European mining regulations.
• Fluent in English; other European languages will be highly advantageous
