Our client, a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is seeking an accomplished Business Development professional to expand their presence across the Northeast Biotech Corridor.
This organization supports clients from early development through commercial supply, offering end-to-end manufacturing solutions across APIs, HPAPIs, and complex chemistry. Known for technical depth, reliability, and innovation, they continue to invest in new technologies and capacity to meet the needs of growing biopharma partners.
This individual will lead business development activities within a key growth territory, identifying and securing new partnerships, managing strategic accounts, and representing the company's full suite of CDMO capabilities to biotech and pharma innovators.
5+ years of CDMO or related technical sales experience
Proven success building and managing multimillion-dollar pipelines
Strong understanding of CMC outsourcing and complex chemistry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Based in the Boston / Northeast egion, with travel flexibility
