Due to continued growth, our client has created a brand-new role for a Design Manager (Healthcare) - Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction. As they continue to grow at a rapid rate, they are looking for an impressive candidate to strengthen what is a very experienced and established team. They are offering a long-term opportunity for the right person, with a strong package and good development prospects to work across the UK & Ireland.

They are looking for applicants with proven Design or Technical experience within Modular Buildings or alternatively they want someone with Strong Healthcare experience. You could also be someone who works as a Healthcare Estates Manager or works for a Healthcare Trust or is someone from an Architectural Practice with a slant towards Health. Failing that, they may consider applicants with strong Design expertise in other types of Off-Site Construction such as Pods, Timber Frame Buildings or Steel Framing Systems.

The business is very well established, has a strong brand and a great reputation selling to clients in Healthcare so experience of working in the Health sector would be beneficial to your application.

As a Design Manager (Healthcare), you will work on projects ranging between £5,000,000 and £35,000,000 and you will be measured on the quality of the work you do, finishing on time and on budget. Indirectly, you will oversee some of the team at times along with managing external consultants, architects and specialist healthcare consultants.

You will possess a proven track record in Design or you will have strong Technical experience within Modular Buildings or you will have Strong Healthcare experience. You will have worked as a Healthcare Estates Manager, or you will have worked for a Healthcare Trust, or you will have worked for an Architectural Practice with a slant towards Health. If the above isn't the case, then you must have strong Design expertise in other types of Off-Site Construction such as Pods, Timber Frame Buildings or Steel Framing Systems.
