Job Title: Business Development Manager - Leading Facilities Management Company
Location: Northern UK (with travel to London)
Salary: Up to £75,000 base salary + bonuses

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be Northern UK-based and will be responsible for selling our services into private clients and the manufacturing sector, with regular travel to London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private sector and manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing, ensuring a seamless transition to operational teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the facilities management or related industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the private sector and manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business development plans.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly to London and other regions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
