Our client, a global CDMO, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its partnerships with biotech and pharma companies. With deep expertise in softgel capsules, solid oral dosage, semi-solid, and liquid formulations, they deliver high-quality, flexible manufacturing solutions for clinical and commercial supply.
Build and grow relationships with biotech and pharma clients
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
Act as a trusted advisor on formulation, tech transfer, and manufacturing strategies
Represent the company at key industry events and expand visibility in the CDMO market
5-10 years of BD/sales experience in CDMO, CMO, or pharma manufacturing
Strong knowledge of oral dosage forms and GMP operations
Track record of selling services to pharma and biotech at all stages of development
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business (advanced degree preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 30%
