Due to sustained growth, our client is looking to appoint 3 Business Development Managers to join their expanding Modular Buildings and Temporary Accommodation / Cabin's division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of the company's journey, with opportunities based across the UK.
You will be joining a well-established and highly reputable organisation that operates across the Education, Healthcare, and Justice sectors and holds several Major Framework Agreements. Typical project values range from £200,000 to £8,000,000 for Modular Buildings and £15,000 to £500,000 for Temporary Accommodation.
Your primary focus will be to develop new client relationships, convert pipeline opportunities into secured work, and help expand the company's market footprint. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, shaping proposals, and securing orders.
