Elle joined CSG’s Renewable Energy Team after a successful decade-long career in the Oil and Gas industry. She now specialises within Hydrogen and Clean Tech. Her experience spans across both EMEA and the USA, and as part of a wider specialist renewable energy recruitment team is perfectly placed to support organizations across the whole sector; from supporting start-ups, to building and transforming multinational teams.
Elle is experienced in sourcing, screening and presenting talented senior-level candidates across Sales, Operations, Commercial and more. Elle is involved with supporting hiring strategies along the entire hydrogen value chain and is a long term partner to a number of clients who are active within the energy transition market including one of the largest low carbon projects within the UK.
