Tom manages CSG Talent’s Global Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) team. Tom and his team specialise in headhunting across a global marketplace in the TIC sector, working with global tier 1 businesses as well as SME’s, recruiting for a wide range of senior level positions across business functions including operations, general management and sales.
Tom has extensive experience in the recruitment industry and prior to joining CSG Talent spent several years leading a team of consultants specialising in Testing and commissioning of construction MEP Systems across the EMEA region. This experience and knowledge has allowed Tom to transition seamlessly into his current role where he brings a strong track record in building established partnerships with clients and supporting talent attraction and strategy to grow their organisations. He is committed to sourcing top talent and understanding candidate's goals and aspirations and guiding them to make effective career moves.
