Owen is a Senior Business Consultant in the Life Science industry specialising in Animal and Human Diagnostics and Data. He collaborates with a variety of businesses from SME’s to large global enterprises, recruiting for a range of technical and commercial roles including, Head of Data, Computational Biologist, Statistical Geneticist, Director of Machine Learning, Head of Bioinformatics, CCO, VP of Sales, Sales Manager and Territory Manager.

Owen works with both start-ups and large organisations across the industry which has enabled him to develop his skills and understand the unique challenges faced by businesses. He consistently provides bespoke recruitment solutions to support businesses with hiring strategy and to achieve their growth objectives. A notable achievement in his career so far is doubling the headcount of a tenacious start-up in the veterinary diagnostics space both technically and commercially. The business was all but unheard of prior to this growth phase and is now a household name within the industry.
