Through her client-centric approach, Jane has established long-term client partnerships (some exceeding 20 years).
Prior to CSG Talent, Jane led a division in a global recruitment firm for 17 years. She then went on to establish her own executive search firm and co-founded another executive search business. Within the life sciences sector, Jane has a proven record of placing top private equity and venture capital talent. Her deep network and industry knowledge allow her to identify the best professionals for leading PE firms and connect them with ideal opportunities. She excels at uncovering talent with strong leadership skills and experience, and strategic vision needed to thrive in the dynamic life sciences landscape.
