I'm partnered with a large, nationally food manufacturing organisation seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support a high volume warehouse site. This role sits at the heart of daily warehouse execution - leading frontline teams, driving safe operations, and ensuring service commitments are consistently met.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and enjoys leading large teams across rotating shifts.

Please note, this role is based on-site in the Atlanta region in Georgia. Relocation assistance is possible for individuals needing to relocate to be closer to the site.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising daily warehouse activity across inbound, outbound, and inventory movement

  • Coordinating labour, equipment, and dock activity to meet operational schedules

  • Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and service performance throughout each shift

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, food handling, and transport regulations

  • Communicating expectations clearly to associates and reinforcing standard operating procedures

  • Completing operational reports, time records, and shift documentation

  • Supporting equipment utilisation, maintenance coordination, and route quality checks

  • Addressing workflow issues and resolving operational exceptions in real time

What they're looking for:

  • Prior experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution setting within manufacturing.

  • Comfortable leading large hourly workforces.

  • Exposure to unionised environments is beneficial.

  • Working knowledge of warehouse safety standards, inventory basics, and material handling.

  • Confident using warehouse systems and operational reporting tools.

  • Strong communicator who leads from the floor and sets clear expectations.

Preferred background:

  • Associate degree or technical qualification in logistics, operations, or a related field.

  • Forklift training or instructor certification advantageous.

  • 3-6 years of experience within warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations.

Why consider this role?

  • Clear pathway into warehouse or operations management

  • Stable operation with structured processes and safety focus

  • Competitive pay, overtime, and benefits

If you're a warehouse supervisor who enjoys running the floor, developing people, and keeping operations moving, I'd be happy to share more details confidentially.
