ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced leader to take charge of afternoon operations within a busy warehouse and production facility. This role calls for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and understands how to balance people, process, and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of the warehouse, covering transport, dispatch, picking and packing, and on-site finishing lines.
• Supervise a production line
• Manage production schedules and workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee order picking to achieve correct volumes
• Handle payroll and align workforce costs with profitability goals.
• Lead and develop staff through effective cross-training and day-to-day support.
