As our Vice President of Manufacturing, you'll lead the charge in transforming our production operations into a world-class, scalable, and efficient system. You'll take full ownership of manufacturing strategy, production execution, and continuous improvement - ensuring our products are delivered on time, at high quality, and at the right cost.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

  • Develop and execute a manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals - focused on scalability, cost-efficiency, and quality.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a strong team across multiple facilities or production lines.

  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental standards.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and QA to optimize product delivery and readiness.

  • Manage production schedules, capacity planning, inventory control, and performance metrics (KPIs).

  • Evaluate and invest in technologies, automation, and systems that improve efficiency.

  • Drive culture, accountability, and engagement on the factory floor.


What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in [industry - e.g., electronics, consumer goods, automotive, etc.].

  • A strong background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and team leadership.

  • Deep knowledge of supply chain, production planning, quality systems, and factory operations.

  • Experience managing multiple sites or large-scale production facilities.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • A hands-on leadership style and a passion for mentoring teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or similar certifications.

  • ERP or MES systems implementation experience.

  • Exposure to global manufacturing and sourcing strategies.

  • Experience scaling manufacturing during rapid company growth.
