As our Vice President of Manufacturing, you'll lead the charge in transforming our production operations into a world-class, scalable, and efficient system. You'll take full ownership of manufacturing strategy, production execution, and continuous improvement - ensuring our products are delivered on time, at high quality, and at the right cost.

Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
Develop and execute a manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals - focused on scalability, cost-efficiency, and quality.
Lead, mentor, and scale a strong team across multiple facilities or production lines.
Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and QA to optimize product delivery and readiness.
Manage production schedules, capacity planning, inventory control, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Evaluate and invest in technologies, automation, and systems that improve efficiency.
Drive culture, accountability, and engagement on the factory floor.
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in [industry - e.g., electronics, consumer goods, automotive, etc.].
A strong background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Deep knowledge of supply chain, production planning, quality systems, and factory operations.
Experience managing multiple sites or large-scale production facilities.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A hands-on leadership style and a passion for mentoring teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
Six Sigma, Lean, or similar certifications.
ERP or MES systems implementation experience.
Exposure to global manufacturing and sourcing strategies.
Experience scaling manufacturing during rapid company growth.
