Serve as a senior advisor and integrator, driving collaboration across development, finance, operations, sales, and other internal stakeholders.

Provide expert cost planning, estimating, and commercial input to support new developments.
Coordinate closely with operations teams to align design, construction, and live-site operational requirements.
Support program-level pre-construction cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
