Vice President Operations

About the Role-

As our Vice President of Operations, you'll play a critical leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day performance and strategic execution of our core business functions. Working closely with the executive team, you'll ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals. What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily operations across key departments
• Translate high-level company strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability for results across teams.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to support and execute company-wide initiatives.
• Streamline internal processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Foster a strong, values-driven culture through effective leadership and team development.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasting.
• Implement systems, tools, and controls that improve internal operations and reduce risk.
• Support executive reporting, including board materials and performance metrics.

What You Bring

• Proven success in an operational leadership role such as VP of Operations, General Manager, or Director of Operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• A hands-on, results-oriented approach with a focus on execution.
• Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
