Position Overview: The Vice President of Engineering will play a critical leadership role in driving engineering strategy, optimizing manufacturing operations, and leading capital investment projects across multiple facilities in North America. The successful candidate will oversee plant engineering, continuous improvement, equipment innovation, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the engineering strategy across North American operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

  • Oversee capital project planning, budgeting, and execution.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, R&D, and Quality Assurance.

  • Implement best-in-class engineering practices and processes.

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineering professionals across multiple sites.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in the Food & Beverage or manufacturing sectors.

  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large-scale capital projects.

  • Strong knowledge of automation, process engineering, and plant maintenance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Must be based in the United States and have full working rights.
