The role is ideal for a leader who has successfully transformed legacy, decentralized operations into digitally enabled, performance-driven organizations.

This position is onsite in Plano, TX and requires a hands-on leader who values presence, partnership, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Lead

Digital Transformation & Modernization

  • Lead the transition from legacy, manual, and decentralized facilities processes to digitally enabled, centralized operating models.

  • Drive adoption of facilities management platforms, analytics tools, and performance dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making.

  • Partner with Technology, Finance, and Operations to align systems, data governance, and reporting standards.

Data, Analytics & Decision Intelligence

  • Establish enterprise-level metrics to measure asset performance, preventive maintenance effectiveness, vendor productivity, and capital ROI.

  • Translate complex operational and financial data into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.

  • Use data storytelling to prioritize investments and focus resources where they create the greatest impact.

Capital Strategy & Program Execution

  • Own the strategy, governance, and execution of the annual capital expenditure program across HVAC, elevators, fire/life safety, and other national facilities initiatives.

  • Digitize capital planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve predictability and control.

  • Ensure consistent execution of national programs through standardized tools, workflows, and accountability frameworks.

Process Design & Operating Model Excellence

  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that support growth while reducing variability.

  • Develop national standards, policies, and digital workflows that enable speed, compliance, and cost efficiency.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and modern operating principles.

People Leadership & Change Enablement

  • Lead and develop a national team through significant organizational and technological change.

  • Build change management capability across the organization, ensuring adoption of new systems and ways of working.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain leaders who combine operational expertise with digital fluency.

Who You Are

  • A proven executive who has led enterprise transformation in facilities, operations, real estate, or infrastructure-heavy environments.

  • Highly data-literate, with experience using analytics to influence strategy, investment decisions, and performance outcomes.

  • Comfortable modernizing legacy systems and guiding teams through technology-enabled change.

  • Strategic in vision, decisive in execution, and accountable for results.

  • An effective communicator who can influence senior executives and cross-functional partners.

  • Willing to support a travel-intensive role and be onsite in Plano, TX.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, operations, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing or scaling enterprise systems, facilities platforms, or digital tools.

  • Experience managing large, multi-location portfolios; national retail, real estate, or service-based platforms preferred.

  • Strong background in capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor-managed programs.

  • Knowledge of facilities operations including HVAC, construction, elevators, roofing, paving, and life-safety systems.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.

Why This Role

This is a build-and-transform leadership role, not a caretaker position. The organization is investing in systems, data, and modernization, and this executive will play a central role in shaping how facilities operations scale, perform, and deliver value for years to come.
