Territory Sales Manager - Scandinavia (m/f/d)
Location: Home office (Sweden) with regular travel across Scandinavia & Europe
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediate or by arrangement


About the Role

An established global manufacturer of industrial belting solutions is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Scandinavian market. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to contract close-while collaborating closely with technical and customer-service teams to deliver tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Account Management

    • Identify, qualify and onboard new customers across Sweden, Norway and Denmark

    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts through regular on-site visits

  • Solution Selling

    • Present product portfolio on-site, diagnose customer challenges and recommend customised belt/conveyor solutions

    • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and secure long-term contracts

  • Market Intelligence & Planning

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to uncover new opportunities

    • Report on sales forecasts, pipeline health and competitive insights to Sales Director

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Partner with internal Sales Engineering, Logistics and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless order execution and rollout

Your Profile

  • Education: Commercial apprenticeship, business degree or equivalent qualification

  • Experience:

    • 3-5+ years field sales experience-ideally in industrial equipment, conveying or mining sectors

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English; additional Nordic language skills beneficial

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building capabilities

    • Self-starter with high drive, resilience and a customer-centric mindset

    • Willingness to travel regularly across Scandinavia and selected European markets
